R.I.L.A.A.

My employer recently requested I complete an online Strengths Finder assessment.  It is based on the book "Strengths Finder 2.0" by Tom Rath.  Here are my results.

Top 5 Strengths:
Responsibility
Input
Learner
Achiever
Activator

Each Strength is accompanied with a description, what makes me stand out, applications, and achievements. I though the results were interesting and pretty spot on.  Here is a brief description of me via Tom Rath:

"People who are especially talented in the Responsibility theme takes psychological ownership of what they say they will do.  They are committed to stable values such as honesty and loyalty."

"People who are especially talented in the Input theme have a craving to know more. Often they like to collect and archive all kinds of information."

"People who are especially talented in the Learner theme have a great desire to learn and want to continuously improve. In particular, the process of learning, rather that the outcome , excites them."

"People who are especially talented in the Achiever theme have a great deal of stamina and work hard.  They take great satisfaction from being busy and productive."

"People who are especially talented in the Activator them can make things happen by turning thoughts into actions.  They are often impatient."

(There are 34 possible strengths:  Achiever, Activator, Adaptability, Analytical, Arranger, Belief, Command, Communication, Competition, Connectedness, Consistency, Context, Deliberative, Developer, Discipline, Empathy, Focus, Futuristic, Harmony, Ideation, Includer, Individualization, Input, Intellection, Learner, Maximizer, Positivity, Relator, Responsibility, Restorative, Self-Assurance, Significance, Strategic, Woo)
